A U.S Postal Service worker $ 46,000 in stole cards .

PSA is getting sued by someone who claims there is market manipulation. I doubt this is true. If so , how ? In what way can it be proved that PSA manipulates the card market ? These claims seem like clickbait ,rather then claims that can be sustained by evidence.

It seems to me like cards have to get regraded because all cards decline in time due to storage standards. If I drop a PSA slab on the floor , then that effects the quality of the card. Cards should be kept in a climate controlled vault in order to keep their grade forever. Sunlight degrades the color quality on cards.  

If you don't want to use PSA then there are other options. There are AI grading companies popping up all over. I would pick PSA just because the average liquidity is better. It is obviously very easy to file a civil lawsuit in America.
